FierceWireless Names AnyDATA as one of Its “Fierce 15" Wireless Companies of 2009
AnyDATA on Leading Edge of Wireless Technology
IRVINE, CA –May 20, 2009 – AnyDATA Corporation announced today that it has been named to the annual FierceWireless “Fierce 15” list, designating it as one of the top wireless companies of the year. FierceWireless editors evaluated hundreds of organizations, and found AnyDATA to be amongst the “fiercest,” proven by their creativity and innovations in the marketplace.

AnyDATA is known for its fast pace of development and recently announced five new products for wireless operators. AnyDATA introduced two new Windows Mobile Smartphones, one touch screen and one with qwerty keyboard, so carriers can brand their own low-cost, high quality smartphone. AnyDATA also introduced two new 3G data modules to be embedded in consumer electronic devices. The DTP-600W utilizes HSDPA technology while the DTP-500D is the same mini-PCIE form factor and utilizes EVDO Rev. A technology. In addition, AnyDATA announced the APT-210 personal safety device that combined with AnyDATA’s LBS online tracking service and mobile application gives operators a new premium safety application for their subscribers. The APT-210 tracking solution won first place for product innovation as a mobile accessory at the 2009 CTIA conference.
